Enjoy a peaceful summer getaway with this limited-time special package at Kay El Bar Guest Ranch. As the busier Arizona season winds down, you can join us for respite and relaxation at the historic Kay El Bar. Enjoy a secluded getaway with a limited guest count during your bed and breakfast-style stay. Only lodging and breakfast will be available during your stay, so we encourage you to use the Kay El Bar as your homebase for local exploration, enjoying the Wickenburg area and taking advantage of the relaxing amenities on the ranch.
This package will be offered during summer dates beginning May 16 through July 9, 2023.

Relax on the Ranch
You’ll have full use of the ranch amenities during your summer retreat at Kay El Bar Guest Ranch. Sit by the pool or at one of the ranch’s outdoor gathering spaces; or find a quiet place in the spacious lodge to get some work done. The Kay El Bar’s intimate size allows for peace and quiet to relax and unwind.
Explore the Area
Kay El Bar Guest Ranch is located just two miles outside of the historic town of Wickenburg, Arizona. From western shopping, saloons and museums in town; to the diverse natural landscape in the Wickenburg area; there is plenty to see and do during your stay.
The Town of Wickenburg
Kay El Bar is located just outside the city limits of Wickenburg, so going into town to see shops and museums in an easy trip. Explore the unique shops and learn how our little town came to be at the charming Wickenburg Museum.
Desert Caballeros Western Museum
See a renowned collection of more than 400 works of western art, plus exhibitions about western history and culture at the Desert Caballeros Western Museum, which is known as one of Arizona’s finest museums.
Hassayampa River Wilderness
The Hassayampa River Preserve offers many easy loop trails, which wind along the banks of the river. Tall cottonwoods and sporadic water sources make for fabulous birding. Self-guided hiking trails are also scattered throughout the wilderness area.
Bring your personal 4x4 equipment or get a tour from a local outfitter and explore the areas washes and canyons. Box Canyon is a favorite of ours for trail riding, and offers fun terrain for UTVs and well-equipped 4x4 vehicles.
Additional Charges: Rates are subject to a 15% ranch service fee and 11.525% tax.
Deposit: We require a deposit of the first night plus tax and service charge to confirm your Summertime Bed & Breakfast stay. The balance of your stay will be processed upon check in. Please have your payment method ready when you arrive at the ranch. Any incidentals added during your stay will be processed at check out.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Check in/Checkout times: Check-in time is 2 p.m. or later; check-out is before 11 a.m.
Transportation: Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the ranch. Wickenburg-based Airport Express shuttle info available. Call us for details.
