A special week-long experience with Katherine Barbarite of Whispering Hooves like no other, discovering a beautiful historical landmark homesteaded in 1909. Get to meet like-minded horse folks, sharing stories of life with horses, skills, experiences and journeys. Build a universal horse community, while connecting with horses and humans.
Spend time riding horses through the amazing Sonora Desert. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of large cottonwoods, tall grasses, and a mix of many varieties of cactus during excursions. You will be able to expand your knowledge in ranch cattle sorting, experience a cutting demo, and roping—the opportunities are endless. Try your hand in the “Poker Run” after seeing slot canyons and forever mountainous terrain. These well-thought-out rides will instruct to assist you to become a better, more confident rider, and connect with the horse with the twist of the “Cowboy” way of life. Maybe even hang by the heated wonderful pool and hot tub to soak up some sun. This unique ranch is intimate and authentic.
