So many activities. So little time!

My husband can't ride because of a health condition; he was skeptical about vacationing at a dude ranch. Now, after a fantastic time at Kay El Bar, we are planning our next vacation here. Between hiking, reading by the pool, golfing at a nearby course, and just hanging out watching the riders and horses there was plenty to do, and of course we looked forward to all the meals and to happy hour when the riders returned in the evening.

Non-riders have been known to have their first great riding experience at Kay El Bar, but don't feel pressured - in our beautiful setting you can find plenty of adventure, with or without a horse. There is hiking, swimming, a whirlpool spa, plenty to see in downtown Wickenburg and nearby golfing, and Phoenix is an easy day trip.
