ach delicious meal is cooked by our professional chef in the homey ranch kitchen. Our guests rave about the food, which always includes plenty of choices and is served family-style in the dining room, on the patio, and on the trail. And we never skip dessert—fresh-baked cookies and pastries hot from the oven after each lunch and dinner.

A fresh pot of coffee is brewed in the rustic dining room at 6 a.m. for our early risers. Join your fellow guests for breakfast, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., before the 9 a.m. ride. The first meal of the day starts with a buffet of fresh fruit and oatmeal in addition to your meal from our cook-to-order menu.

Lunch is usually enjoyed on the dining patio between the morning and afternoon rides.

Happy Hour is at 6 p.m. in the lodge; a great way to swap stories and mingle with fellow guests and the wranglers. Dinner is at 6:30 p.m. in the dining room or on the starlit patio. Savor home-cooked goodness, including garden vegetables and crisp salads and warm rolls, as well as choice meats, fish and poultry. Once a week our chef will set up a cowboy cook-out for a picnic ride or grill dinner on an open mesquite fire on the veranda patio.

We are glad to accommodate special food requests, including cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions.
